1. Introduction

Infinity Faith is a community platform designed to help people connect through faith, culture, events, posts, conversations, and shared community interests.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Infinity Faith is open to users of different ages where legally permitted.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the activity of minors who use the Service with their permission.

Users who attend in-person events are responsible for complying with the rules set by the event organizer and applicable law. Minors may be required to attend events with a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult where appropriate or legally required.
4. Your Account
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

6. Religion and Community Features
Infinity Faith may allow users to select religions, faith interests, spiritual backgrounds, cultural interests, or community categories. These selections may be used to:

However, by submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Infinity Faith a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify for technical purposes, and make your User Content available as necessary to operate, improve, protect, and provide the Service.
This license exists only for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, enforcing these Terms, complying with law, protecting users, and maintaining platform functionality.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to post your User Content and that your User Content does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.
8. Content Visibility
Infinity Faith may offer different visibility settings, including:

Infinity Faith may allow users to create, discover, save, join, or manage events.
If you create an event, you are responsible for:

Infinity Faith does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, availability, or suitability of user-created events.
Users attend events at their own risk. Infinity Faith is not responsible for disputes, injuries, losses, cancellations, conduct, safety issues, or other problems arising from events organized by users or third parties, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Event organizers may set additional rules for their events, provided those rules do not violate these Terms or applicable law.
10. Messaging
Infinity Faith may provide direct messaging and group messaging features. You agree not to use messaging to:

- —Send spam
- —Send scams or phishing attempts
- —Send illegal content
- —Share intimate or private content without consent
- —Impersonate others
- —Pressure, exploit, or manipulate users
- —Send malware or harmful links
- —Bypass blocks or restrictions
- —Target minors or vulnerable users in an unsafe or inappropriate way
We may restrict or review messaging activity where necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or enforcement of these Terms.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service to:

12. Community Standards
Infinity Faith is built for respectful community interaction. You agree to:

Disagreement is allowed. Abuse is not.
13. Moderation and Enforcement
We may moderate content, accounts, events, messages, comments, profiles, and activity to protect users and the Service. If we believe that content or conduct violates these Terms, Community Standards, applicable law, or creates risk, we may take action including:

We are not required to host or display any content.

14. Reporting Content
Users may report content, accounts, messages, comments, events, profiles, or other activity that they believe violates these Terms or the law.
Reports should be submitted honestly and in good faith.
You must not misuse the reporting system to harass, silence, threaten, or target other users.
15. Appeals
If your content or account is restricted, suspended, removed, or otherwise affected by a moderation decision, you may contact us to request a review: info@infinity-faith.com
We may not reverse every decision, but we will consider reasonable review requests where required or appropriate.
16. Blocks and User Safety Tools
Infinity Faith may allow users to block other users. Blocking may limit visibility, interaction, messaging, notifications, and access between users.
You may not attempt to bypass a block by creating another account, using another person's account, or contacting the user through other Service features.
17. Intellectual Property
Infinity Faith, including its name, logo, branding, design, software, features, databases, and platform elements, is owned by Infinity Faith or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service unless allowed by these Terms or with our permission.
18. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
19. Third-Party Content and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, events, profiles, communities, or content.
Infinity Faith does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, services, privacy practices, security, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
20. Payments and Paid Features
Infinity Faith may introduce paid features, subscriptions, promoted features, premium services, donations, ticketing, or other paid functionality in the future.
If paid features are introduced, additional payment terms may apply. Unless otherwise required by law or clearly stated, payments may be non-refundable once a paid service has been provided.
We will clearly describe paid features before charging users.
21. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.
22. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
We are not liable for temporary unavailability, data loss, technical issues, or interruptions, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Faith does not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations, that content will be accurate or reliable, that events will be safe or successful, or that users will behave appropriately.
User Content is created by users, not Infinity Faith. We are not responsible for User Content unless required by law.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Faith is not liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
25. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infinity Faith from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

26. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
