How to delete your data from Infinity Faith.

Your Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Infinity Faith at any time. This page explains what data we hold, what gets deleted, and exactly how to make a deletion request — whether through the app or by contacting us directly.

Account Deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, posts, comments, and all associated content from Infinity Faith.

What Gets Deleted

Your name, email, profile photo, posts, comments, messages, event attendance, and any Facebook-linked data stored by us.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days before permanent removal.

Irreversible Action

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose all content, connections, and history associated with your account.

How to Delete Your Data

Delete via Account Settings (In-App)

The fastest way to delete your data is directly inside the app. Open Infinity Faith, go to your Profile, tap Settings, scroll to the bottom, and select Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion manually, email us at info@infinity-faith.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm when the deletion is complete.

Facebook-Connected Data

If you signed in to Infinity Faith using Facebook, revoking app access in your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites) will disconnect Infinity Faith from your Facebook account. To also remove your data from our servers, follow Step 1 or Step 2 above.
